The Belgrade Community Action Association partners with United Way and Sylvan Learning to provide programs to guarantee the growth of our youth.

BCAA Learning Academy

The BCAA Learning Academy is currently in session for the 2019-2020 school year at the Belgrade Community Center.  Enrolled students receive after-school tutorial services and snacks/meals at no cost to families. 

Sessions are offered every Monday and Wednesday evening from 4:30pm – 7:00pm on the Onslow County School schedule.
