EVENT RENTAL AGREEMENT-1

Whatever your business, social, or leisure plans, the Belgrade Community Action Association has a venue to fit all occasions!

We are conveniently located 6 minutes from Jacksonville, in a quiet serene setting, 1 mile off Hwy 17. Our versatile venue has hosted weddings, receptions, birthday parties, reunions, church, civic and social events. We look forward to serving you!

When renting our Pavilion you will have access to the following:

Pavilion Rental Fee: $75**

Outside seating
Grills
Clean bathrooms
Electrical outlets
Use of the playground and spacious grounds
Free wifi

When renting our Building/Facility you will have access to the following:

Building Rental Cost: $400.00 + 50.00 deposit
Maximum Capacity = 150

Multi-purpose Room
Kitchen (For Serving and Storage only)
Indoor Bathrooms
One-hundred Sixty-eight Chairs:
- 10 (60in Diameter) Round Tables -Seats up to eight people per table
- 12 (30in X 72in) Rectangular Tables -Seats up to six people per table
- 4 (30in X 96in) Rectangular Tables – Seats up to eight people per table

** All organized sporting events MUST BE PREAPPROVED!**
